SupportHSA/FSA payment is available to customers shopping through the Even Realities US store who have an active US HSA or FSA account. You’ll also need sufficient available funds to cover the eligible portion of your purchase.
Yes. Even G2 must be configured with prescription lenses. You can provide your prescription during the ordering process or send it to us afterward as instructed.
Yes. During the HSA/FSA payment flow, the eligible portion of your order will be charged to your HSA/FSA card. You can use a credit or debit card for the non-eligible portion, so there is no need to place separate orders.
Requirements vary by product and plan. If an eligibility check or additional documentation is required, the HSA/FSA payment flow will guide you through the next steps. Your plan administrator may also request supporting documentation.
If you pay directly with your HSA/FSA card, you typically won’t need to submit a separate claim. Keep your itemized receipt in case your administrator requests documentation. If you pay with a personal credit or debit card, you may still be able to request reimbursement. Submit your itemized receipt and any required documentation through your HSA/FSA administrator’s website or app. Approval is determined by your administrator and is not guaranteed by Even Realities.

No. HSA/FSA payment is currently available through the Even Realities US store for customers with an eligible US HSA or FSA account.

If your HSA/FSA balance does not cover the full eligible amount, Flex will apply the available funds from your HSA/FSA card and prompt you to pay the remaining balance with a personal credit or debit card.
