支援你可以在對話開始前，透過對話中的要點新增關鍵會議資訊。在 Even Realities App 中，你可以手動建立要點，也可以上傳 TXT、DOCX 或 PDF 檔案。 開始對話工作階段前，只需選擇相關要點。Even G2 會將其轉化為實用的會議背景資訊，讓關鍵話術、客戶需求、產品資訊和過往顧慮在對話中始終觸手可及。
即時銷售指引來自對話中的 AI Cues，由 Even Contextual AI 提供支援。它會結合你透過要點新增的背景資訊，並跟隨即時對話，在出現問題、顧慮、陌生術語或意外情況時提供實用提示。 這些提示可以協助解釋關鍵概念、建議可能的回答、呈現有用的背景資訊，並幫助你更有信心地推進對話。
工作階段開始前，你可以在 Even Realities App 中選擇要點並設定對話。對話過程中，對話會根據你的設定自動運行。 你可以使用 Even R1 戒指進行更低調的操作，也可以使用眼鏡鏡腳上的觸控條完成基本導覽和工作階段控制。
不會。Even G2 不會儲存你與客戶對話的音訊錄音。 使用對話時，音訊會被即時處理，用於生成即時逐字稿和 AI 摘要。原始音訊不會被錄製或儲存。只有文字逐字稿和 AI 生成的摘要會保存在 Even Realities App 中，供你查看。
