SupportNo. Conversate requires an internet connection through your phone. If your glasses are not connected to your phone, or your phone is offline, Conversate will not be available.
You can control Conversate directly from the glasses using touch gestures, with the Even R1 ring, or through the Even Realities App on your phone.
No. The original uploaded file is not stored. When a document is uploaded, its content is processed to extract relevant context for the conversation. If you choose to keep the Prep Note, the processed context may be saved as part of your personal data in the Even Realities App. Prep Notes data remains associated only with your account and is protected under EU data protection standards.
Conversate processes audio to generate live transcripts and AI summaries, but audio recordings are not stored. Only text transcripts and summaries are saved in the Even Realities App.
