Even R1 measures your vital signs throughout the day, including heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, temperature and activity levels. You can see real-time data whenever you need it, helping you stay balanced and focused. At night, Even R1 tracks your sleep stages and quality, so you wake up knowing how well you’ve rested and how ready you are for the day ahead.
While you're asleep, Even R1 monitors the quality of your rest. When you wake up, you can see exactly when you were sleeping lightly or deeply. Or when you woke up. Even how your temperature fluctuated.

No, the Even R1 can only be connected to one pair of glasses at a time. Even R1 can be used independently with Even G2 to control them. Its Health feature works offline and will sync data once reconnected to your phone.
Yes, Even R1 is IP68 water-resistant, making it perfect for daily wear, workouts, and splashes. It can withstand being submerged in water up to 50 meters for 30 minutes.
The operating temperature range is -10°C to 45°C.
Even R1 tracks calories, steps, sleep stages, HRV, respiratory rate, heart rate, SpO₂ and skin temperature. The ring processes and stores your biometric data in real time. It then syncs that data to your phone and glasses at a near real-time rate throughout the day.
You can access your historical data from the day you first activated your Even R1. While not every granular detail is kept, the most relevant data is saved for long-term access. With your permission, this data is stored on the Even Realities Cloud, where it is processed and anonymized to protect your privacy.
