Transcription and other features that collect or process audio may be subject to applicable recording, privacy, and data protection laws, depending on your location. Inform participants and obtain any required consent before using these features.

Consider not only whether a feature is lawful, but also whether it is appropriate and permitted in that setting. Workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities and other locations may have their own rules.
Review before you rely or share.
AI-generated transcripts, summaries, translations and other content may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Review and verify important information before relying on, publishing or sharing it.

Depending on the feature, AI features may use your queries (audio or textual input), generated responses, feedback, and other context from the current session. If AI Memory is enabled, they may also use context from past interactions and relevant files and records.
No. Your data is not used to train AI models, including by modifying the parameters, model weights, or generative architecture of a large language model (LLM).
You can manage generated records and files within the relevant feature, and adjust your overall backup preferences under Settings > Privacy.
AI Memory is enabled only when you actively opt in, and you can turn it on or off at any time under Settings > Privacy > Use AI Memory.
Yes. Even Realities may use third-party cloud and AI service providers to deliver certain features, with only the data necessary to provide those services processed under contractual safeguards.
Data generated through Even Realities products is stored on servers in the Netherlands. Certain product features rely on third-party service providers that may process data outside the European Union, subject to applicable cross-border transfer safeguards.
Retention periods vary depending on the data and feature involved. Original audio is deleted immediately after transcription unless you opt in to the relevant improvement program, while other data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
To support our global operations, necessary personal data may be accessed and processed by Even Realities affiliates in China. Where required by the GDPR, we apply appropriate cross-border transfer safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, please visit our Policy Center.
Only when necessary to deliver or support a service. Service providers receive only the data needed for their role and are required to comply with contractual data-protection and security obligations.

The Even Realities App provides granular controls under Settings > Privacy. Where technically feasible, you can also export relevant data directly through the app.
Where supported, you can manage data for specific features directly in the Even Realities App. To delete your account data, you can close your account, which will permanently and irreversibly delete all associated data.

You can manage individual privacy options under Settings > Privacy and device permissions through your phone settings. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant processing going forward but does not affect processing that previously occurred lawfully.
